What we collect

What you type in

  • Your ZIP, and what you work on.
  • Your legal business name, the name customers know you by, and how the business is set up.
  • The address you work out of. Google needs a real one. It is never shown publicly.
  • Your mobile, the line calls should ring, and an email for receipts.
  • The hours you want the phone to ring.
  • What a normal service call runs for you, and how many of ten quotes say yes.
  • Your state registration number, where your state requires us to collect it.

What your browser sends

  • Your IP address, your browser, and the date and time you ticked the boxes.
  • Where you came from — the reference our own systems attach to a link, so we know which of our own placements found you.

The first line is the evidence that you agreed to the terms and when. It is stored with the exact wording you were shown, and it is the reason we can hand you your own agreement word for word if you ever ask.

Calls

  • Calls to the tracking number are logged: the caller's number, the time, how long it ran.
  • They are recorded. That runs through CallRail, our call tracking provider.
  • You consent to that at checkout, and the caller hears the recording notice on the call itself. We show it in every state, law or no law.

Payment

  • Your card is handled by Stripe.
  • We never see or store your card number. What reaches us is the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the charge worked.
  • Charges read REVENUE THROTTLE on your statement.

Texts and email

  • What you send us and what we send you, kept on your record in GoHighLevel, our CRM.
  • Your text consent, with the wording you agreed to and the date.

What we do with it

What we never do

  • We do not sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to list brokers, not to anyone. There is no version of this where your details are the product.
  • We never share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone else for their own marketing.
  • We do not publish your home address. Your business name appears on the platform only if you asked for it.
  • We do not touch your own Google listing or your own reviews. We show your reviews only if you said we could.

Who else touches it

Four companies, each doing one job, and none of them get your information for their own use.

  • Stripe — takes the payment and holds the card.
  • CallRail — the tracking number, the call log and the recordings.
  • GoHighLevel — our CRM. Your record, your texts, your email.
  • Cloudflare — serves the pages and the platform.

We also use Google, to get you found, and Meta, which is where you found us. What goes to either is the measurement our own systems attach to a link, so we know what worked. Neither gets your business details to use for itself.

How long we keep it

While your platform runs, everything stays in your log — every call, every recording, every report.

[SUBJECT TO ATTORNEY REVIEW] — retention after you stop.

What is true today: if you stop, your call log stays open to you for 30 days. We keep call records after that for our own billing and dispute evidence, and we keep your consent record — the wording you ticked, the date, the IP — because that is the whole point of having one. The exact periods, and how you export your own records, are with our attorney and are not written yet. We would rather print nothing than a number we have not settled. This section may be updated before it is final.

Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message and they stop. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: unsubscribe from any email we send.
  • A copy of your record: ask us and we send it.
  • Deletion: ask us and we delete what we are free to delete. Payment records and your consent record we have to keep — those are the two things a business is not allowed to throw away.

One email for all four: info@revenuethrottle.com. A person reads it.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child.

If this page changes

It carries its date at the top. If we change what we collect or who touches it, the date moves and the change is on this page — not in an email you would have to keep.
